IMPLEMENTATION

Elective system makes us to select a person whom we decided or suggested to be the Ministers worthy to or manage to provide or to establish needs of the entire population of the country. But the bureaucrats are the authorities who advise the ministry to implement the law or bill. Sometimes somewhere in hierarchy power mis-used, when Mrs. Indira Gandhi was Prime Minister she declared Emergency, emergency period in Indian Administration faced remarkable situation, in Indian politics those period can be described as notorious, people of India were haunted by the bureaucrats.

The motivation of Emergency was absolutely perfect. But it was executed to take revenge against the people of opposition political parties, bureaucrats mis-executed emergency against politicians and the on public, were treated like slaves as in the Hitler's period. Government authorities treated political leaders and the members of oppositions like life-sentenced accused. People were killed in the opposition party unlawfully, where there was no other way to claim their rights, during emergency period is a nightmare, threatened violence were unquestioned.

Indian democracy stands on its powerful four pillars are Legislature, Executive, Judiciary and the Press, but there is a important the basement of these four pillars are people of the country, instead they were ill treated and punished by the Bureaucrats. Judiciary failed its duties against bureaucrats. Press lost its power by the bureaucrats, may be the implementation of Emergency intended to reform the whole community, but the improper and mis-execution ruined people of the country, Indian people always says that Britishers treated Indians as slaves, but people were treated real slaves at Emergency Period under Mrs.Indira Gandhi leadership, cannot be denied by anyone, as prisoners were punished in Britisher's rule.

Implementation or execution of any law for the country must have the good supervision or monitoring the same is the important; and control over the bureaucrats, bureaucrats must be accountable; unless implementation or passing any bill in the legislature will be unworthy.

MADRAS GYMKHANA RACE CLUB

When I was a teenager my father talk about the Madras Horse Race, he was inspired by his childhood friend famous Indian Cinema Director Late R. Krishnan. Every weekend he visits Guindy Horse Race Course with his friend Mr. R. Krishnan. Horse Race was brought by Britishers in 1777, I was told. Britishers invaded India as they are intelligent businessman and Administrators as noted in history. But Britishers spent their leisure hours in a useful manner. They started Club for recreations their they get together played Polo Tennis Billiards and also horse-riding.

After Independence most of the Britishers back to Britain, the club had set backs, then some of the Indian Administrators, Indian Kings and wealthy people in society reconstructed the Club named Madras Gymkhana Club. Participation of higher level people boost the club and started regular sports events and other recreations. It was the only Club in India, as the Britishers Head Administrative place was Calcutta, so they established its branch at Calcutta. They imported finest breeds of horses from Britain and Arab countries. In Madras the village Velacherry, Guindy had vast area covered for the purpose to train the horses for riding as well as for the Race.

They regularised programs, special events and huge amount has been paid to the winners, talented and lucky winners won the Prestigious Golden Cup. In due course horse race become gambling, layman started gambling on horses it was named 'bettings'. I have heard many family lives were ruined in urban, suffered of gamblers. Legal and illegal gambling become everyday routine, people become addict or obsessed. Government has taken strong decision to wipe out from the root, stopped horse race whether it is legal or illegal in Madras, but still Horse Races were allowed in the cities Bangalore, Mysore, and Calcutta, legal and illegal ticket counters were open for Jackpot, Treble, and Bettings, the gamblers from Madras had chances to continue gambling. Finally, throughout India Horse Race was stopped. Now the Club keep on functioning as its own privileges. There are many new Clubs arrived in Chennai, but the fame and name for the Madras Race Club cannot be taken by any newly entered Clubs.

ARE WE REALLY CARE ?

Reasons of global warming become popular and reason of the same also known even by a common man but implementation or execution of the programs against global warming is unanswered question. Due to over population most of the Indian forests were destroyed, government as well as social organizations were implement law against deforestation, but lack of execution and improper supervision is the key of antisocial-elements developed and destroying nature. Due to deforestation wild animals were disturbed by want of food and water. To pursuit and provide modern equipments to forest department find out antisocial-elements punish them severely is the urgent requirement, also strict and necessary execution must be taken by the state or central governments. Unless radical changes taken over in this matter, the results will be complete destruction of forests and wild animals.

And also the government's must provide special team to plantation new tree plants so that the threat against the deforestation would be controlled in future. Necessary control over the companies, manufacturers producing excess carbon, which increasing environmental pollution throughout the world. Unless necessary action and execution of law taken against these threat world population will be destroyed sooner or later. World without water and oxygen would be the result.

Scientific developments are not to destroy creatures of earth but to make them rich and benefited, but the threatening global warming would be the only reason enough to destroy entire earth and its creatures in a decade or so. If we have care and concern on human population we should know the risks of global warming, caution alarm to every human in the world are to take part of it to stop this threat as soon as we can.

Oh!!! MY LOVE

Slowly blowing wind
smoothly blown on my face
my eyes were open
the stars are
glittering in the dark sky

no lights around me
except stars in dark sky
a baby and a street dog
crying far away
sound of whispering
tender voice of breeze
on tree branches

there is no moon
on the sky
except few stars
darkness around me
but a
lit candle in his hand
white dressed cupid
slowly came
with his whispering tender voice
says something which
I could not hear

my eyes were closing
and darkness around
me vanished
his hands covered
my body his exotic
and romantic touch
made me sick

my voice dieing
my ears dumped
my blood heated
my lips dried
my hands started
writing his beauty

he said to me
I Love You
suddenly I heard
noises of owls
on the trees nearby
and streets dog's
unpleasant sounds
wake me

my
conscious returned
back to me
cupid slowly moving
from me
I begged him
with my whispering
tender voice
not to leave me alone
in the darkness
he said nothing
but he smiled
again I said
keep coming

He smiled at me
I never seen ever
before such a
beautiful image
am waiting for
dark summer night.

FEVER OF THE MONTH

Month of March and April kind of fever starts for students teachers and parents, education system in India pressurise students to mug-up or by-heart notes for all subjects, surprising news that engineering students are by-heart including maths, question papers were designed to answer according to the printed notes. Human brain has the capacity to memorise twenty percent, but it required to remember more than the capacity. If this pressure put on the students to compete all subjects and to score pass mark average student require 35 to 40 marks out of 100. It is possible to score average marks, but the required marks to get admission at medical or engineering free seats percentage 95% or around.

If a student scored less than 90% were demanded to pay more than 4 lakh rupees as donation or building fund for the college. Those who scored lesser marks can join arts college, but most of the parents put money as investment for education, the scope of the studies to make money or multiply investment. Education become business for the entrepreneur's and investment for parents. One who affected neither scored high marks nor had money to pay as donation.

Admission of a Kinder Garden kid become costly and schools admissions take place in the month of November or December in advance for the academic year starts in the month of June every year. School monthly or yearly fees increases every academic year, and stationery also higher every year. Mug-up or by-hearting entire notes of so many subjects are irrelevant for the job that a girl or a boy going to get in their future. And the bookish knowledge of the student poor, total concept become unworthy. Educational system in India must be changed, but according to the recent news that there is no immediate changes are going to take place in present syllabus.

How far our education system is going to make changes in our social and economical changes in our country is unanswered question, but recent news that the central government planned to stop burden of the students board examinations for tenth i.e. S.S.L.C. will be cancelled, but entire school syllabus or education system is not going to have any further advanced changes.

FITNESS

According to medical advise morning or evening walking is necessary. When I was nineteen years old I was fast walker, within ten minutes I can finish three to five kilo meters. Now I find it very difficult to walk one kilo meter. I feel exhausted and week. I thought to make myself fit I do some exercises which gives me energy mental relaxation. Even though I do exercises I feel it is necessary to walk, so I thought to buy a treadmill, one of my husband's colleague wanted to dispose his used treadmill, but unfortunately we come to know when it was disposed to someone who is working in his office, the person who bought the old treadmill earning more than five lakhs per month, his economic situation is surplus, he come to know that we are interested to buy the old treadmill, he tried to resell it for the same cost for he had bought.

I said to my husband greedy people are always have surplus fund, but the people who always think and walk in righteousness has to face many struggle in life. But he started remind us that he wants to resell the old treadmill. After a year his small kids and his wife workout in the treadmill it become unworthy to buy, but still he wanted to sell it for the same amount for he bought from his colleague. And I come to know he is paying more than four lakh rupees every year as income tax but still he try to make money out of unused things and through-items.

Sometimes in late night I feel to watch television most of the channels telecasting Tele shopping 'Tele Brands'. I saw many type of new equipements for weight reducing tummy trimmers and so on, but I was surprised to watch those equipements because of the cost and the timing the programs were telecast. The first question raised in my mind was who is going to watch by this odd hours and the price which is too high not affordable by middle class Indian. This is the very important reason most of the people in India could not afford to buy or spend for fitness. Average Indian common man's survival is the basic struggle, secondary, income of average person is not enough to think about his own fitness.

Intake simple and nutritious food and walking is more than enough, suits for everyone. Diabetes and irregular blood pressure become common, according to medical reports every year the percentage of diabetic patients increasing, due to various reasons, there are new developments in pharmaceuticals, variety of medicines available in market to postpone the risk of heart attack, still most of the people are not aware of the early diagnosis and treatment availability, regular exercise and diet can reduce risks. Due to poverty and illiteracy awareness and social developments are not yet reached entire population of the country. According to the new ventures of the Central and the State Governments of India the basic education uplift can be expected vast changes in Indian economy as well as social developments in India.
