Rebellious thought and fight can only achieve notorious among rebels nothing else can be achieved as they planned.

Hobbies are necessary for spending our spare time, but after marriage every woman find lesser leisure time for her hobbies, till a birth of baby some woman may got more leisure time, normally give birth to children, most of the women find no leisure till they grownup, even if they started to go to school, it is necessary to follow their studies, make them to eat and help them in everyday routine. So mother role of a women makes completely engaged without leisure hours.

If the children are more capable of doing their routines regularly on self helped, then there would be relaxed life style can be expected. Days are changing its very uncommon to find a joint families, those days bride must be accompanied by her in-laws, so lesser freedom and free time will be the results. As my children are grown-up I thought to spend my leisure hours in browsing , reading and writing. Am very much interested gardening, unfortunately years back we had sold our independent house living in a apartment, still I have few plants in pots, no need to spend much time on that so I started to browsing online it seems very interesting, we could find each and everything on tip, normally I spend my leisure in reading books, but now Internet browsing gives thrilling experience, as I was browsing I come across online typing and various part time jobs, I was told that there are lots of online fraud is popular among the crime. I thought to find a part time job as am having good speed in typing, as I was searching for the same I could find 'copy-paste, e-mail reading, web site verification work' and so on.

It makes me thrilled to know much more about it, so I applied for the same, started receiving e-mails everyday, as I have already heard in News regarding online crime, obviously seldom I trust these sites, recently I saw a site which gives websites address to verify if the website has correct address and phone number, as we click on the link which is provided near the task question, after taking our time to verify whether the sites are working, the address and phone nos. given in the sites were similar or incorrect, finally we should press the submission of the task, the results which shows 'accuracy of our work is less than 87% so we are not qualify for the task', or 'server not found', when we try to start another new task each task shows in the beginning that 'you are kept in training mode'. I do not understand what kind of cheating business these are all.

Recent statistics of Cyb crime shows most of the cases done by the US web sites, the losers were majority from India, the website owners easily kept the reasons on the losers, but not accepting their cheating and fraudulent. So even if a hundred per cent trusted websites are available online, its very difficult to find it out the originality. As if they trust in God churches in America would not be empty without believers and worship. Churches has no God, no believers, no faith in God and worship, how long can His Mercy can be poured on Europe particularly on America, how long HE can be patient,

Delhi Common Wealth Games 2010

XIX Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi on 3 October 2010 are seriously expected around the world, as the three foundation principles of Common Wealth Games Federations are: Humanity, Equality and Destiny are the parameters held responsible by the Commonwealth Games Federation for every momentous decision taken within the federation. The Common Wealth Games are organised by the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF), a union of around 70 countries lying in the major continents: Asia, Africa, America, Europe, Carri bean and Oceania. The CGF was formed in the year 1930 by Bobby Robbinson with a firm will of promoting and celebrating an atmosphere of unique, friendly, world class Games in these member countries and also strengthening the harmonious mutual relations between the Commonwealth countries.

India will also be hosting the Common Wealth Games for the first time and Asia for the second time; in 2010, in Delhi, the capital city of India. The sports that will comprise of these Common Wealth Games are Cycling, Netball, Rugby, Weightlifting, Shooting, Squash, Table Tennis, Aquatics, Athletics, Gymnastics, Hockey, Badminton, Basketball, Bowls, Boxing and Triathlon. The first Common Wealth Games (1930) were held in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Since then, the Common Wealth Games are held in every four years except in 1942 and 1946 due to World War II. Conducted in many other Commonwealth Nations like London, Sydney, Auckland and Kuala Lumpur; the latest Commonwealth Games were organised at Manchester, London in 2002. The last or recent Commonwealth Games were conducted between 15-26 March 2006; in Melbourne, Australia, the capital of Victoria state and the second largest city of the Kangaroo Continent.

The honour of being the only Games Federation that has a common language for conversation i.e. English. For this reason, the Commonwealth Games have also been coined as "Friendly Games", and thus; have been a source of inspiration amongst the Youth of the Commonwealth Nations, to excel in games and sports.

As the news were spread about Chairman of Common Wealth Organising Committee Suresh Kalmadi as culprit of funds were misused of Common Wealth Games, but when Suresh Kalmadi replies regarding the blame on him.

"The Organising Committee has the budget of 1600 crores. This money has been given to us as load which we have to repay through sponsorships, through revenue, merchandising and ticketing. So, we have no return all the money we have to. And we are getting a lot of sponsors on board. There is going to be no expenses on our account to the government. Whatever is happening, the stadiums, the roads, metro and airport is not just for the 15 days of the Games, but that is a legacy for the city of Delhi to enjoy", added Kalmadi. Kalmadi's statement or the reply seems true, but as the replay of Prime Minister Manmohan sing has already said that if the blame on this issue has been proved by the investigation party those who involved in this dealings will be punished.

In a interview with Manishankara Iyar shows his anger on this issue that he is not going to be in Delhi by the time, when Common Wealth Games were successful on it's way, it shows his 'Truman ship' of Indianness and also true patriotism, among all the 'Favourtism'. Cricket matches are sports or the place of revenge? In India cricket plays very important role, as a result players are devoted as super hero's of the country, if cricket adopted as sport then there will be no place for controversial incidents happens. If the incidents happens naturally or unexpexted must be considered in sportive attitude. As long as cricket become important role, Indian mass favourite, all its news and happenings become most important in Indian community.

ODI cricket "No ball controversy' seems one among recent history of cricket, Sri lankans are already well known of their inhuman attitude, now they proved it in cricket against India, brutally played. Even though they were suspended or fined, it doesn't make any particular changes of their survival in the sports tenure. So it was pre planned by them to play 'nasty game' without shame.

64th Indepence Day......!! Are we humanitarian?

I believe that education brings values of humanity, but this belief might be wrong when I see the modern life, education is means of livelihood, Investment, valuable investment for future, people ready to invest money more than they earn, as long as education system makes children heavy burden to memorise, to get high marks in board examination, to get a seat in medicine or engineering, people are ready to misuse the power, fake mark sheet are available in market, people who cannot score higher marks can buy fake mark sheets, total ambition is to achieve wealth, without effort.

Education become business in various part of our country, most of the parents wants to send their children to abroad, most of the parents only wish to join their children in English medium, all these races for only one goal to get a high salaried job for children in their future. As the children reached to certain level, most of the children never realise that the parents are the ladders of their efforts in their present scenario.

According to any parents, even if the children help them back or not their love and blessing of such unfaithful children remains same. But in life many parents miss to teach their children values of education as well as values of life and love. It is necessary to teach a child that the education is not only the means of livelihood but also exploring wisdom, which must lead to humanitarian in life. People least love one another now a days, ultimate reason, from the childhood many of us find no free time to spend with our children to educate them values of ones mother tongue, value of nature, value of country's Independence, values of love and affection many more values.

In return when the children grow without knowing values they become money making machines in their life, as the result in society younger generation keep in their mind only one value on earn money at any cost. Murderers, robbers, molester are increasing as they want to become rich as soon as possible without doing any hard work. Everyday news paper brings most of the news on victims of violence. Where the society walks on violence each day, internal threat increasing phenomena. All it is to be blamed basic values of the country faded and the people seeks only money but not concern about anything else.

It is shame to say that we have as much as educated people of 64th year's of Democracy in our country, yes, but without values; education has not brought values of humanitarian community but only money making machines. Humanitarian level of our country can be easily measured by watching in television advertisements, such as cinema actor Amir Khan has to advise through media to public respect foreigners. This poor situation is not only for foreign travellers but also people who are from inter-state were treated as foreigners by one another. How can we say that India is a Independent, Democratic and educated community increased in 64 years of Independent. Money making plays vital part in today's life. To make money any kind of malpractices can be done by the one who seeks money, this is the present situation, all other things are given zero value.

CAFFEINE

From the childhood I do not drink coffee or tea, no reasons why, my parents never taken chances to offered tea or coffee while they drink. Till my age of early forties my parents lived with me, if I offered when I visits to friends and relatives house, often I refuse to take, most of my friends and relatives knows that I do not like to drink coffee or tea.

For personal reasons my night sleep was disturbed middle thirties, naturally at day, when I have work to complete I felt sleep, as I couldn't control sleep, I thought to drink a cup of tea instant alert from sleep, but that leads me to lose of sleep at nights more and more. I had only solution to diagnosis what is going wrong to my health, as doctors advised I had to take tablets for sound sleep at night regularly. People advised me not to addict for sleeping pill, but I find it very difficult to sleep at nights without sleeping pill and therefore no other choices.


Initially I felt free from insomnia, slept nicely if I take tablets regularly. Most of the mornings I felt still want to sleep more, again I started drink a cup of tea as I had tablets for night sleep drowsiness keeps me sober. Already I started drinking a cup of tea regularly, and now I started drink coffee instead of tea also. As I know coffee contains caffeine it is not good for health, but not in detail, I thought to know about these facts in detail. Am able to maintain dosage of sleeping pill and tea or coffee as same as more than fifteen years.

Caffeine is an additive alkaloid. Consuming it in excessive amounts can be addictive.
An excess of caffeine dose everyday can be the cause of panic attacks, depression,
restlessness in the mind, nervous breakdown and many other complications. Caffeine is a stimulant
which keeps the sleep away and hence being addictive to it can cause insomnia.
It also causes improper digestion associated with abnormal fluctuations of the heart beats.

Caffeine is a stimulant, which temporarily speeds up the metabolism to help mobilize energy stores in order to fuel work. Caffeine stimulates brain activity, helping to be more alert and productive during the day. Caffeine is a natural diuretic, which can easily cause to become dehydrated. Dehydration is a very dangerous state. Caffeine use can contribute to insomnia, poor quality of sleep, anxiety, irritability, and the jitters.

Above said reasons are common side effects of caffeine, but some of the researches says just opposite results of caffeine. Moderate intake of any drinks may not affect health, addiction to any form of habits damages important parts like ulcer in small intestine, heartburn, high blood pressure, miscarriage of pregnancy, damages in renal. If these habit cannot be suddenly stop, if try to stop in a day may trigger headache, nausea, irritation.

History of tea

People first became enchanted with tea in ancient China more than 5,000 years ago.


According to the legend, skilled early emperor Shen Nung — a scientist and arts patron — dictated that all drinking water be boiled as a hygienic precaution. One summer day while visiting a distant province, his servants began boiling the water. Dried leaves from a nearby bush fell into the pot, and a brown liquid was infused. As a scientist, Shen Nung was intrigued. He drank some of the strange liquid and found it refreshing. Legend says the drinking of tea was therefore born. This myth shows such a practical narrative, many mythologists believe it may be close to actual events now lost in ancient history.

In modern world it is a traditional set ups of coffee time, tea time, tea party, and also in India it become custom of offering tea or coffee for visitors at any place.

Modern technology has proved its advancement in filtering the caffeine from coffee bean and the tea leaves, after two to three stages of these process, coffee or tea 97% of caffeine free, soften sent to market to consume. I am not aware whether this caffeine free coffee or tea is available in our country (India). Which is safe to intake more than two cups everyday.
