KISSING IS NOT A CRIME BUT..?

Babies tender skin attract us to kiss them, but they must not be kissed frequently, most of the times we like to kiss babies on their chin, if we keep on kissing them we can see changes in the particular chin area of babies skin, Human mouth saliva content enzyme which is useful to chew food smoothly and also lubricate our mouth, which fight against tooth decay, germs which enter into mouth.

Lovers kiss in order to show their intimacy to each other. Saliva moistens the lips creating a delightful kissing and romance. But in order to avoid most of the infections from one another, one human body via saliva better we should avoid kissing strangers, in European countries kissing is a habitual sequence in their life.
We could see parrots, sparrows, lovebirds many birds kisses his mate, it is the natural way of love each one of them, but in human saliva has collected for laboratory test to find out cancer, tuberculosis and saliva is one of the important secretion of digestive system,

Tuberculosis germs also spreads through coughing, according to medical advise tuberculosis patients must not spit flem at public places, because the germs are easily infected to another human body through saliva [fle
m]. Even husband and wife must brush properly before kissing is a good habit, at hotels, public places drinking water glasses coffee cups may not be cleaned properly better to avoid drinking or eating outside if we are not sure about the hygiene of the hotels, particularly children must be avoided frequent hotel visits can avoid various infections.

I have heard that some people who were uses mouth for sexual activities, every part of the human body designed for particular usage, it should not be misused, in order to maintain our health and metabolism in good condition we must keep it in our mind or else one would have to undergo strange diseases, which cannot be treated.

Parents must teach children how to be (basic) hygienic, sometimes too much cleanliness makes life tougher, stop mingle with people at functions or party, it will lead to isolate us from social activities, friendly contacts. Education is not only money making business but also it should lead our day to day life.

BEGGARS

Beggars on heavy traffic road is a nuisance, olden days beggars sit at roadside, but now-a-days at most of the traffic signals are their place, beggar-women carrying a baby in hand beg who drive four wheelers two wheelers, waiting for green signals. Tamil Nadu state government provide shelter, cloth food and necessaries for them from the month of June 6th onwards.

At night beggars lay down at platform, 'slum dog millioner', tamil movie 'naan kadavul' and some more new films showed beggars are employed slaves to the gangsters for collect money, this network throughout India was successfully carried out by culprits. Now the time has come to shut their shutters once for all.

In order to bring out standard in education system in elementary schools government has initiated and published cheap and easy learning method of text books from this academic year to all schools. And the fees structures for the private schools are also going to be uniform and affordable to poor and middle class people, these changes are awaiting for court order to be executed.

These remarkable changes has to achieve the targeted improvement and transformation in education system through out India, poor people would come forward to educate their children, mid-day meals scheme also initiated and successfully executed by the government's for poor pupil. Compulsory education system can definitely turn India phenomenal changes in future.

DEMOCRACY - SECULARISM FADED

Most of times I ask myself whether am living in a democratic country, reasons are many but I think few can be written. There are three lane at my residence including the street where I live in, every six months without fail house and water tax bill must be paid to cantonment. Every alternative day is water-day. There are three higher secondary schools two elementary schools surrounded by my house, morning 8.30 to 9.30 peak hours, all the school children, school van, two wheelers carrying children office-goers make heavy traffic, crowded.

Three street's road were completely damaged by rain and it was not maintained for long time. Suddenly two of the streets were roughly repaired (I have heard that one of the residence of that street is sister of political fame member !! ). But sewerage completely damaged, when rain comes sewerage water comes on streets, school going children and the pedestrian walk on the contagious water. Suddenly two of the streets were dig to put cable wire or new water extension pipes, the pits were not covered properly with mud, again road got damaged, at night most of the times power cut makes the streets dark, pedestrian has to injure as they walk on street.

I was told that the local ward member of the area may not be the member of ruling party, so the streets and sewerage system may not be repaired or not maintained as the other area. I do not understand the complications between ruling party and opposite political parties formula or format. I have noted that after election, the party who wins in election come to power, the first and the fore-most work is to decline or cancel all plans and work (through into dustbin) which was sanctioned by the previous ruling political party. This attitude is absolutely ridiculous, how can political party's forgetting to think that the revenue spent on those plans were waste.

The revenue collected from the public as tax and also from the World Bank, but not from their own pocket. In the same manner, some of the area were not maintained or repaired by the local ward members or MLA's, but tax will be collected from the same area regularly. How long India has to go through this pathetic situation, after Independence in India kind of cold war between political parties are increasing phenomena. Political parties create mandatory resolution to win in election, but only few of them try to do. Political parties wanted to show to public that they are very much concerned but in real they are proving that they wanted to push-out ruling party down and somehow to capture power. It shows mere selfishness but not the welfare of country and its people.

There are many new political parties were raising year by year, we can find them out when the election is near, political parties treats other party members as their enemies. Increasing number of political parties and its winning members were assets of the party; demand of winning members increases when political parties were insufficient number of members to form the government. Some of the winners were sold for huge amount, (we do not know whether it is true or not but it was told). Increasing number of political parties were named by caste, creed, religion, and language. India is a democratic and secular country but secularism and democracy both of its values were faded away by political parties named their party's by caste, religion and language, divided public in the name of God, Language, Cast and distract their emotion into enemies it destroy harmony among public leads to rebels. Can we say that our country is a democratic, secular country? Our future generations can live in democratic secular country?

BREAK THEIR BACKBONE

My heart felt shock and sorrow when I watch news telecast for the past two weeks, continuous and unexpected accidents which took life of so many innocent people of India, Air India plane crash at Mangalore and train collapse at west Bengal, Plane accidents happened of human error, but West Bengal train accident is worst and inhuman brutal planned attack on innocent people.

Terrorism can achieve through violence only innocent people life but nothing else. Central and State
government must take severe action against state terrorism, unless they are ruin peace in any State of India. Any form of terrorism must completely destroyed at the earliest before they grew-up. Enough special forces formed to attack Maoists and Naxels; government must not consider their appeal at any cost, government take this situation as serious issue, not to give up, but bombard them back.

As far as Maoists concern, they shows their immature and routine tricky talents to fool Central and State Government's to bow to their feet, instead Central and State Governments must take severe and proper action against them to break their backbone. So that the nasty game can come to an end. Maoists are nuisance for common innocent people as well as to Central and State Governments. Some of the handicapped psychotic silly game with Government and they were trying their level best to surrender government's. Government must handle this situation vice and steady.

RE-SCHEDULED TIMINGS

According to normal climate summer starts in April or March ends in June, each academic year starts at June ends in the month of March, it was decided by the Britishers were held administrative authorities according to climate of Indian weather, in order to avoid heat causes biological changes will lead to death; particularly children are most sensitive body health, but now summer starts in March ends when rain starts, but academic year of education could not be changed according to monsoon.

Any system can be adopted and updated from countries have already functioning, due to enormous heat throughout the year. For example middle East countries surrounded by deserts has no sources of water, and also no monsoon, till nineteenth century people in gulf countries ever seen rain in their life, twentieth century people were sent for free education to foreign countries by the government's, and also most of the Kings were educated in abroad, they understood the scientific reasons for rain and many more facts of science, so they imported soil from other countries including from India, planted trees, grass, vegetables, fruits, and also appointed skilled and unskilled manpower enormously for
proper maintenance, then their cities were rained sometimes.

Their standard of working hours are morning 7.30 to afternoon 2.30, there are no lunch break, their schools were accomplished with 'A' grade canteens, children can refresh at intervals or whenever they need; almost all the shops and government offices, schools, colleges will be closed after 2.30 only shops will be open again at evening, but Indians who own the shops will not be closed. As the heat increases due to global warming, year after year, there are no chances of heat atmosphere changes in near future, so our Indian Government must consider this as an important issue and re-schedule (standard) working hours of offices schools and shops; government must take action to close shops also
, if shops were opened layman will suffer due to heat diseases and also diseases like smallpox chickenpox are spread to society.

Re-opening of schools and colleges can be postponed for some more days or month.

LEAVE THEM TO PLAY-SUMMER VACCATION

For the past decade summer coaching classes become new trend in urban. Already children are demanded to learn a lot compare to olden days, it may be said that new generation children are mentally capable of exploring things in advanced technology like computer and so on. Whatever capacity they had; children need free time to mingle with relatives friends and as they wish to be at least in the summer vacation.

Relaxation from the continuous studies will increase their mental as well as physical tolerance; they can think and work better, capable in forth coming academic year. Summer vacation classes can be taught anything in a playful method, so that the child can improve skills in playful way, or if the child get boredom, compulsory learning method may injure their ability capacity and tolerance. Growing children need not only healthy food but the healthy environment also makes them happy and learning process must not affect their individuality at any cost.

So that parents must be aware of child's interest and mental co-operation, accordingly child must be taught with any extra curricular activities. Enough time must be given to every child to play and sleep; some parents think that the child must getup early morning, make them to study or sending them for tuition classes or barath natiyam dance class or carnatic music classes, getting up early morning is a good habit but wake them early morning makes the child tired, naturally child will sleep at afternoon or odd hours; sleeping at noon will become habit as they are at home for almost two months, then naturally when the school reopens child could not listen at classroom when teacher teaches lesson at particular hours.

So parents must not compel children to get up early morning, must not make them burdened. Already in India not only for children but also colleges system of studies are heavy burdened, and most of the parents send children for tuition classes to score high marks in board examinations, in this situation, summer vacation are the only free time for them to find play mates relatives and so on.

Let them play as much as they want, period of childhood memories for every human life are unforgettable; if they miss to play with their friends and if they cannot play now they might be think that they missed something in their life when they grow older; childhood in life cannot be back.

MEMORIES ARE FOREVER

When I was girl I can understand things happened that is the years between adolescent and childhood; in my life poverty dominated extremely; only favorable things were to me that I am only one child to my parents. All most every festival and birthdays, I still remember nothing will be at home to enjoy; not even food to eat. There was no other sources except to walk on or pass on the tough situations.

Poverty during childhood is unbearable; it educate us to uniqueness; teach us philosophies of life. As the years passed; as we read in non-detail stories a wealthy and
a handsome young man who born to turn my tears and sorrows of the terrible circumstances came into my life unexpectedly, married me as in dream, even today when I think back of my life, it was happened as a wonderful dream.

Some of my neighbors envied; some of them surprised, could not believed their eyes. I can say it was happened only because of my parents continuous prayer and their honesty, kindness, loving nature, generosity though they are in poverty. My schooling was in a government higher secondary school, Chennai, as I was intelligent in studies also interested in higher education, as my father had no enough fund, successful completion school I joined in a government arts college, in those days engineering studies were not as much as popular like now, after a tough long four years I had completed my
graduation in B.A. Economics, it was peak days of starvation, I had to find out a job somehow to meet my family expenditures, my father's health become complicated.

During my college simultaneously I joined technical courses like type writing, shorthand, so as soon as completed graduation I joined one of the small private company, as I had no history of work experiences I got very low salary for 2 to 3 years. It was not sufficient, but had no other choices, as a young girl co-workers (male) and some of the higher authorities in the company where I got job abused me everyday. It was highly risk for me to work alone after office hours.

One fine day, still I remember it was Good Friday, afternoon we went to Church ( myself and my mom) during the prayer time, my heart was broken into pieces as I was kneel down, weeping continuously more than 45 minutes, I could not control myself, I never cried before so much, I felt that was not enough for me, still I wanted to cry loudly, but there were no place to cry loudly, after the prayer got over we came back home, my intuition said to me that some good changes going to happen,
this incident happened in the month of March.

Month of April my Prince who was sent to me by the God Almighty, in the month of May my wedding got over with my God given Prince. My life completely changed, after marriage I asked permission to my husband that I wanted to study post graduation, I stopped working joined M.A. Public Administration, after 2 years successfully completed post graduation; till today my life is full of joy, it was given by God I trust. My 2 children are software engineers, God blessed them and my home abundantly.

My children never know about poverty, but I always tell about my days of poverty, I never regret those memories, because it taught me a lot, valuable experiences which I cannot learn out of anything, such a great experiences.
