RE-SCHEDULED TIMINGS

According to normal climate summer starts in April or March ends in June, each academic year starts at June ends in the month of March, it was decided by the Britishers were held administrative authorities according to climate of Indian weather, in order to avoid heat causes biological changes will lead to death; particularly children are most sensitive body health, but now summer starts in March ends when rain starts, but academic year of education could not be changed according to monsoon.

Any system can be adopted and updated from countries have already functioning, due to enormous heat throughout the year. For example middle East countries surrounded by deserts has no sources of water, and also no monsoon, till nineteenth century people in gulf countries ever seen rain in their life, twentieth century people were sent for free education to foreign countries by the government's, and also most of the Kings were educated in abroad, they understood the scientific reasons for rain and many more facts of science, so they imported soil from other countries including from India, planted trees, grass, vegetables, fruits, and also appointed skilled and unskilled manpower enormously for
proper maintenance, then their cities were rained sometimes.

Their standard of working hours are morning 7.30 to afternoon 2.30, there are no lunch break, their schools were accomplished with 'A' grade canteens, children can refresh at intervals or whenever they need; almost all the shops and government offices, schools, colleges will be closed after 2.30 only shops will be open again at evening, but Indians who own the shops will not be closed. As the heat increases due to global warming, year after year, there are no chances of heat atmosphere changes in near future, so our Indian Government must consider this as an important issue and re-schedule (standard) working hours of offices schools and shops; government must take action to close shops also
, if shops were opened layman will suffer due to heat diseases and also diseases like smallpox chickenpox are spread to society.

Re-opening of schools and colleges can be postponed for some more days or month.
